1. Hyperthermia and heat stress induces brain damage. This is specially applicable to Military personals during combat operations in the Middle East where heat is a big problem 2. Intoxication of nanoparticles exacerbates heat-induced brain damage. This has also strategic importance as our military personals are often exposed to SiO2 nanoparticles from the desert environment as well as other nanoparticles from explosives e.g., Cu, Ag, C and others 3. Ubiquitin expression in brain is related with brain damage as this is increased after heat stress in nanoparticles intoxicated group 4. Single drug could not induce sufficient brain protection under these situations where heat, stress and nanoparticles combination could synergistic affects brain pathology. Thus, novel drugs that are mixture of many neuroprotective factors such as neurotrophic factors, active peptide fragments e.g., Nanowired Cerebrolysin could be more effective in inducing brain protection than any single compound. 5. The dose of drug may vary when multiple factors are working synergistically to induce brain damage. Thus, under these conditions drug dose require adjustment to get beneficial results.
