Mebendazole (MBZ) is an antihelmintic which belongs to group of benzimidazols. It is used for many intestinal diseases and for other diseases. But its low absorption, its high dosages caused side effects on gastro-intestinal track, which limits its usage. In the present work, new colloidal drug carriers such as nanospheres are used in order to increase its solubility. As a consequence, the plasmatic concentrations of MBZ would increase, and the MBZ dosage could be reduced. Chemically modified cyclodextrins are amphiphilic, they can form colloidal suspensions where some drugs (water soluble or not) can be inserted
