This paper reports the results in synthesis and design of novel three-dimensional (3D) nanoscale integrated circuits (nanoICs). These nanoICs can be implemented utilizing multi-terminal molecular devices that exhibit unique electronic characteristics. Aggregated molecules form molecular aggregates such as 3D molecular gates (Mgate). The interconnected Mgate is a core hardware solution for the combinational and memory nanoICs. We propose 3D nanoICs architectures implemented using aggregated 3D neuronal, molecular hypercells (-hypercells) that combine Mgates. Fundamental, applied and numerical results are reported.
