Some of the properties of the medicinal forms and tools, supposed to be used as hyperthermia modulators, can be evaluated by the atomic force microscopy (AFM): sizes and concentration of nanoparticles, their capability for the formation of conglomerations, the dynamics of a change in the electrode surface properties. Instruments and Materials AFM-system NTEGRA Prima, NT-MDT Co., Zelenograd, Russia. Particles of rhenium sulfide and particles of silver with sizes of 80 and 120 nanometers, dispersed in different gels. The following tasks were solved: Selection of the specimen preparation methods, The estimation of the sizes of regular flat structures, Estimation of the vertical sizes of formations, Estimation of the internal structure of the formations: solid or the conglomerations of smaller particles, Estimation of the distances between the formations, Electrodes surfaces dynamics were investigated. The substantial increase in all the roughness parameters was noted after use of electrodes. Conclusions In the work the methods of evaluating of the nanoparticles sizes, dispersed in the viscous carriers, and also the estimations of the internal structure of larger formations are proposed. Methods are approbated based on several configurations of hyperthermia-modulating tools.
