In this report the principle new instrumental method of the biochemical diagnostics of the bovine leucosis, autoimmune process at the diabetes and the control mycotoxins through the registration of the formation of the specific immune complexes (Ag-Ab) with the help of biosensor based on the nanostructured silicon is proposed. The principle of the measurements based on the determination of the photosensitivity of the nanostructured silicon surface.
