We are in the process of writing a nanotechnology framework policy recommendation for the state of California. It will be the first report of its kind to incorporate scientific analysis with regulatory recommendations. It will draw on lessons we’ve learned in the past to provide a new forward-thinking policy as California moves towards new chemicals regulation.
