We present some thermoelectric properties of Bi2Te3 nano-layers of different thickness prepared by Pulsed Laser Deposition such as the thermal conductivity, in-plain electrical conductivity and the Seebeck coefficient. Layers are prepared under various deposition conditions. Crystallinity, composition and morphology of the layers are also presented. Nano crystallites are studied by XRD and by AFM. Results, comparison and experiences are discussed.
