Here, poly(4-aminothiophenol) nano-patterns modified ITO electrode was fabricated to investigate the electrochemical behavior of A and G individual as well as simultaneous detection of mixture of A and G. The results demonstrated that nano-poly(4-aminothiophenol)/ITO can significantly enhance the oxidation peak current and decrease the oxidation potential. The proposed method was successfully applied to simultaneously determine A and G. Therefore, this simple and reliable method could be proposed to high sensitivity simultaneously determine A and G in the related physiology process.
