In the past several years a lot of efforts have been made in the production of new high performance drugs without toxic and other side effects. First promising results were obtained using micro and nanoparticles of thermo-mechanically activated zeolite (TMAZ) [1]. These studies have been extended in the sense of the synthesis of TMAZ and other natural and synthetic agents. It was shown that this new molecules can intensify the effects of existent drugs and also have considerable potential in creating new drugs for the incurable diseases. Their activity mechanisms are based on biophysical effect, influencing on intracellular processes using signal pathways. The activity mechanisms are studied in the several preclinical studies concerning anticancer, antiHIV, antidiabetes and antihypertension agents briefly presented in this paper.
