We present here the development and tetsing of a protein biosensor operating on electrical capacitance changes as a measure for idnetifying protein biomarkers that are indicators of vulnerale coronary vascular plaque. The prototype of the nanomonitor technology is amenable for portable, robust bedside detection and biomarker profoling for rapid disease diagnosis in a prei-operative state.
