Although theoretically predicted that periodic photonic nanostructures can outperform the pseudo random structures in light trapping in solar cells, still the disputation regarding this topic is at the top. To enlighten the world about the practical behaviors of nanostructure reflector enhanced solar cells I designed my models having periodic rectangular back reflectors at the surface of a C-Si slab. Debarring the conventions, Electric Field was applied into the Si slab from the left end. The combination of rectangular back reflectors and launching electric field into the C-Si slab from side can lead us to the practical findings where periodic back reflector enhanced models can outperform the pseudo random models.
