This investigation considers the impact of Global Warming on environmental regional air quality and its relationship to the global epidemiology of allergic disease. As environmental air quaity drastically decreased in the past two centuries, particularly in industrial regions, global respiratory health suffered a similar precipitous decline. Worldwide, asthma and respiratory allergy and related disease in the Temperate Zone border latitudes are increasing exponentially and so are relevant healthcare costs. This scenario presents an ideal opportunity for Cleantech Business & Policy Global and Regional Initiatives.
