In this work we will discuss the conversion of various feedstocks such as vegetable oil/algae oil/coffee oil/crude biodiesel to JP8 fuel using solid acid and bi-functional catalysts. The developed catalyst performs deoxygenation, cracking and isomerization reaction in a single step. The reaction kinetics is also faster than the catalysts reported so far.
