In this presentation, we will talk about a unique nanoparticle-imaging-delivery platform developed at NVIGEN, Inc. for enhanced cancer therapeutic applications. Our proprietary nanoparticle-imaging-delivery (NID™) technology is a hybrid platform comprised of an intrinsically signal-generating component (i.e. fluorescence and MRI) and a versatile conjugation component that can piggyback payloads for targeted drug delivery and simultaneous imaging. The controllable circulating half-life, the extremely enhanced permeability and retention effect, and the superior imaging and drug delivering properties of our nanoparticle formulation will be discussed.
