Keywords: bradyrhizobium japanicum, magnetic nanoparticles, symbiotic nitrogen fixation
The aim of this study was to investigate, whether magnetic nanoparticles effect increasing of Bradyrhizobium Growing Rate in liquid media, and so alters sensitivity to high pH and survival. Finally results showed that using of the magnetic nanoparticles could protect and increase physiological indexes of Bradrhizobium japanicum (bacteria), therefore these nanoparticles can via immobilizing some of protein molecules and binding with other secreated material of bateria, increase bacteria growing.
